Application

The product is suitable to IIA~IIC type T1~T6 explosive gas or inflammable dust environment. It can be used to send emergency signal.

4, Architecture Description

   The product is composed of explosion-proof shell, toughened glass                                      enclosure, inner alarm device, wire holder. The out shell is made of Al-alloy

   With plastic surface. lighting alarming device is at the bottom, audio alarming device is under the junction box. Alarming type: Buzzing device, light.

 6.Installation and Maintenance

A) when installing ,please revolve the clamping ring to the  upper and the under parts separated by counter-clockwise .cable has to be connected with the terminal in the junction box through inletting device. after wire connecting well, please press the gasket to achieve sealing and explosion-proof request. lastly, please revolve the clamping ring with wire through clockwise. the alarming device is with in-out grounding screws ,please make sure grounding when using. 

B) when using ,please maintain the alarming device. Before maintaining, firstly please cut off power, then open cover(opening cover without power cutting off is prohibited) 

C) when maintaining ,don’t damage the explosion-proof joint surface.

when assembling ,204-1 anti-rust oil is needed, meanwhile, pay attention to the fastening screws. 

D)if the gasket of inletting device broken, please buy the new replacements for renewal to avoid influencing explosion-proof function.
